This is why we endeavour to recycle and to use preventative measures to help maintain our environment.
Our painting booths are second to none in environmental awareness. Our 2 spray booths employ a multi stage filtration which includes a closed loop water curtain for added filtration of harsh chemicals.
We also use water additives to make sure that excess paint overspray is trapped in the water to reduce the amount passing through the filters.
A Manufacturer claim of 80 % – 90 % effectiveness on filtration of paint mist.
Recycling is also a big part of our conscious effort to be eco friendly. All of our waste paper, cardboard, masking paper/tape, used metal cans and plastics even our used sandpaper is sent for recycling.
But in the Paint industry the biggest waste product is waste paint material. This by far is the most polluting by-product. THIS is the reason that we use a solvent recycling services that is accredited with the EPA for responsible management of paint related waste materials.
Along with this service we use a ON-SITE solvent recycling machine to reduce the need to constantly purchase thinner/acetone which is used for cleaning and maintenance.
