Our goal was to reduce manual laboured sanding to achieve the “Flattest” possible finish before topcoat painting.
Employing a process of a minimum of 6 stages of mechanically sanding and 2 Stages of Finish sanding, done by our highly trained staff.
When “only the best will do”, applies not only to the product we produce for our customers, but also to the equipment we use here at Glaz Polycoat to get as near as humanly possible to the “Perfect Finish”.
We at Glaz Polycoat were the “FIRST” to bring into Australia TAGLIABUE sanding machines, Giardina Paint spray booth, along with a Olympia “Water wall” open booth from Italy.
With combinations from all over Europe our equipment is among the best in Australia.
